Steering and handling issues with 95 cobra

My cobra is all over the road ,tires are wearing on the inside edges.
It has been lowered one inch in the front by a previous owner. I had
a loose ball joint and swaped the control arms with new stock ford
parts had it aligned . The shop told me the ran out of adjustment on
the left side but it was on the edge of the spec. Tie rod ends are tight
anyone have any suggestions ? It pulls slightly left and any groove or
rut in the road makes it pull to that side. I was thinking about caster
camber plates since it's been lowered

bump steer kit replaces your outer tie rod ends.
They allow you correct the steering geometery after the car has been lowered. By raising or lowering the tie rod to maintain parallel between the lower a-arm and the outer tie rods.

I just did these mods and it has made a world of difference. Unfortuanately my tires are seriously feathered from DD'ing the car with bad alignment settings for so long and it still wanders because of that. So get them done, the best CC plates to get are Maximum Motorsports. You have to drill a fourth hole into the strut tower but it's very easy and they offer unmatched adjustability for the money. As far as the bumpsteer kit, I bought mine used but UPR sells a great product and its also relatively cheap and requires no modifications to work. I would recomend doing them at the same time, for you'll have to get an alignment twice if you do the parts seperately.

Yes, cc plates will help with the poor tire wear.

But you may want to inspect your swaybar endlinks and steering rack bushings.

Is there play in the steering wheel as well?
