SVO side skirts and Borla exhaust ??s

Just got a killer deal on a set of genuine SVO skirts with Borla exhaust and curious about any tips or tricks for the install. Heres pics of what I have,

Lucky. Just will probably take some tweaking to get everything to line up. The one side of mine that is installed perfectly straight seems to fit the sideskirt perfectly, but I won't know for sure til I install them. Just mount the exhaust as level as you can and it should get you close.

I recomend making some L-brackets to hold the bottom straight, I had them do it when they mounted and painted everything.

I was to needing to fab up those brackets on my set I bought. After I found out what I needed, never put them on. I did run the Borlas bare for 1-3 months.

Im going to have my body guy install them when he paints the stang the end of february. The deal I got on everything was too good to pass up. Besides the direction Im going I wanted this setup but I only wanted the real SVO skirts.

just be prepare to greatly reduce your ground clearance.

Its not that bad guys.. my car is slammed on the ground and only issue Ive ever really had were some driveway entrances and it was the midpipe that scraped. I think maybe one other time a side skirt hit on the bottom on a speedbump.

I only had my Borla side exhaust on for a month or so last summer and scraped several times. It would even scrape if i went over a rise/dip in the road.

What springs are you running? Im thinking running Motorsport C springs with Isos.

I recently moved from az and its funny the way the roads are shaped there I would scrape even when the car was not lowered and at stock height. The speed bumps were huge as well and would also scrape, agian at stock height.... Now with these on and living in the midwest I am ultra paranoid but not had any issues.

Nice Score. I just picked up a set of SVO skirts at the end of the summer. Im running Dynomax Side Exhaust. I dont have the skirts mounted yet but am going to have a body shop do it this spring

Does anywhere still sell the dynomax mufflers, my car used to be a daily, and the weather took its toll.

Hey since your Borla kit is still laying around can you tell me if the hanger on the drivers side muffler angles backwards a little bit vs the pass side one that goes straight up?
