Well i recently had my trans worked on and the mechanic told me for some reason my trans had Auto Trans Fluid rather than manual trans fluid. was there a reason for this? or did the previous owner mess up?

What is the Trans fluid recomended for a T-45?

Well i cant remember the recommended oil, but a lot of people started running ATF and had a lot better results.

I had the revers problem and it went away after i started using the 5th revers method.

Well as i posted a while back i recently had the synchros replaced, and they filled my trans with MTF, would anyone know why my cars doing a bit of grinding at high rpm, only when the car is cold?

the trans uses ATF because the lubricating properties of ATF is what our trans need. forgot the exact reason, but i think its because there are internals of the trans that need the ATF, gear lube (what is usually in the manual trans) just wont cut it.
