no seriously, i think the intakes new airflow may make it sound like that?

remove the belt off the front of the car and restart.... it the whining noise still there?

Cant really tell from the video, but take a look at your IAC as well, they will sometimes whistle when they go bad.

Alternator. Or throttle body. One of the two. Pretty much all the other suggestions are dumb. GT40 intakes don't make noise, why on gods green earth would ford put out an intake that made an annoying noise? Common sense here people. Sheesh.

wow, how do you diagnose a problem like that over the internet without having the car in front of you? All anyone can do on this forum is make sugestions on what they have seen in the past. It could be any number of things. Its like every thread that starts "my car shut off" everyone says its the PIP, sure, thats the part that goes bad most of the time but it could be ANYTHING.

WOW! that sounds like an airplane!!!

Anyway, just a few suggestions. Check if the gaskets sat properly, and if the elbow and intake are the same diameter, if not take a dremmel tool. Rough edges can cause a whistling noise.
