Funny, for all the crap I catch on three different Mustang Forums about my stock ride height, I've never once worried about smashing my fog lamps out. Even better justification for not lowering it.

haha vultures =p so yeah, story is, being low had nothing to do w/ me fuckin up my car, but if i was at stock 4x4 it would of at least saved the bumper.

i was hanging out at a buddy's place and he had never driven in the stang. so naturally i obliged and we shoot up to the corner store. well on the way back i overshot his house and figured well wtf why not just whip it around 180, so i popped the clutch and went to whip it. well as soon as i started turning, the car started gripping instead of spinning and took me head on with the curb, in retrospect, shoulda probably just sacrificed the bumper and taken it head on to save the rims. oh well. live and learn. guess the winter project starts early while the wheel is off to get repaired.

I think you just royally fucked up right there, not too low.

essentially, you got it right.

Im guessing stock and aged balljoint popped from socket.

wish that was all =\

you better check your a-arm and k-member for damage. can almost guarantee the a-arm bushings are shot and getting it properly aligned will be impossible.
