Message: <blockquote data-quote="95 svt cobra" data-source="post: 538473" data-attributes="member: 10189">So i was going to take my car to the tuner, so i uninstalled my intake, 42# injectors, removed the FMU and replaced them with the OE Cobra intake, the OE #24 and the OE MAF and no FMU. Now keep in mind im running 2 255 inline and intank pumps together. The reason for putting the OE stuff in is i didnt want to drive the car real far without a tune and the car itself ran kinda rough with the 42's with no tune. So i replaced everything to stock when i first put the supercharger on which that combo ran fine itself. (regretting even dicking with that now)I put the distributor in crank crank *wants to fire* crank crank *wants to fire* and that is it. I double check everything, i was a tooth off, so i go again same thing except this time, same thing but im getting a nasty backfire through the exhaust. I know for certain i am at TDC, when i set the dizzy in place as i used the thumb method in the #1 cylinder. I set everything at 10* made for certain i was on #1, removed the spout connector and still i get nothing. only cranks and backfires. I have all brand new plugs, wires, cap/rotor coil etc which was done prior to this. Im at a loss :BangHead:</blockquote>
