well as always something always detours my plans i wanted to ditch the fox use the money for a larger down payment on a new edge cobra....and finance a little of the remainder....well wensday i went to cash my check and i drove past my banks impound lot....i looked in to see the EXACT truck i have wanted forever....so i stopped looked and then went home and called the lady at the bank that deals with repos.....
well its a black 4 door shortbox 99 superduty with the 7.3L ....it has a small lift maybe 3 in... bf goodrich all terrains....yada yada yada...all in all it has a lot of work that they did to make it safe tie-rods brakes and what not....it needs a passenger parking lamp and maybe a very small spot on the rear passenger door touched up it has a spot about the size of a quarter where the paint is flaked off......i have been watching these trucks go all day for 18k and up .....but i figured its a repo so maybe its cheaper...so after we talked for awhile i finally asked what they were going to sell it for and she said they want payoff and repo fees and part fees.... :blah2: so im thinking not a great deal then she said so its going to come to 10,900 bucks!!! if i was standing in front of her my jaw would have hit her foot...so she has my info and i will be contacted next week when the vehicle is ready to be sold....i think my plans have changed ;D :boink:
