Message: <blockquote data-quote="SPeace-ATL" data-source="post: 1587413" data-attributes="member: 36465">The 94/95 GT T5 is hard to find in good condition because that specific transmission was only made for those two years.   One from a V6 Mustang from 94-98 will go right in and being from a V6, if you find one in a salvage yard they are often still good.  However, the gear set in those is not quite the same as a V8 for 94 & 95.   The gears they used go match the ones found in an 86-89 Fox GT except for the ratio for fifth gear and the length of the input shaft.  Yours can be rebuilt of course.There is no good way to bolt a T-45 or a TR3650 to a Small-Block engine, so rule that out.A new Ford-Style TKX will go in, but it needs the bell housing, may need some cross member work and possibly some driveshaft length modification to go in a 94/95 GT.</blockquote>
