So today I went and bought new batteries for my keyless entry remote and still no go. So what could it be, is there an actuator somewhere that could be going out? Or is it the remote itself? Another thing is that the hole where the key goes won't turn, so I can stick the key in but it won't turn, was there a separate key for that? Or is something broken? Because from what I can see that assembly is riveted onto the trunk hatch and there's no way to undo that. I have already taken off the little plastic thing with the cable attached to it and looked inside and from what I can see everything's intact, but I have no idea how the darn thing works. Any help is greatly appreciated.</p></blockquote><p></p>
