Hi y'all. Just picked up a new (to me) GT.
I figured since I want to get into bodywork and get back into welding, what better way than to pick up something whose rear end is all sorts of rusted.
first thing I need to do is go to the junkyard with a sawzall to get some replacement panels (unfortunately, our cars don't have reproduction pieces like the fox bodies and older mustangs) I don't know anyone else personally that's done something like this, and I don't have the space to swap everything over to another SN95, so I'll have to do a bit of work. I'll try to document as much as I can so if anyone else runs into trunk rust (more like rot in my case) there's someone who has been through it.
