That being said I do realize the over excessive amount of installation work and overall maintenance that has to be done on turbo vs s/c. I've done a little bit of my homework so I'm well prepared for that part of it.It will be daily'd in the spring(provided it's out)/summer/fall but I'll probably end up driving my Jeep too. I definitely plan on wrapping things to try and keep them cool, and also plan on getting a GT scoop for my hood and making it functional (cut out under the scoop). Those 2 things alone should help reduce the amount of heat.And honestly I don't plan on getting carried away with it yet. I have no grudge matches this summer so whoever I beat I beat, whoever beats me beats me. I'm not worried about that at all. If someone beats me it's because they built their car better. I'll get there eventually. I just want to have a fun car that makes good power on a turbo. Once I get the money for a built motor then it will be a different story, but until then I plan to just fly under the radar around here for the most part.
