I was just going to smear a little sililcon on the bottom of the hose, wrap it around it and use some string temporarity twisted around it to hold it in place till it dries. Get enough into the tech-flex and it should hold it in place.

Opal I really like that black piece. do you think it would clear my belt the way it comes up from the alt?

Onyx the rad hose is just the MAC chrome kit that I modified to work with my python clamps,. Im sure you can make it work with your set up. Its pretty much the same tube vortech usesxwith there kits.

lol secret till we post pics online showing it all. Opels fuel line/motor was the inspiration for mine. After looking at it I decided I wanted all my hoses/wires to look like that so I have been doing all my wiring under the hood like that since. Then I bought all of this and actually one more big/wide(split seem) piece for the radiator hose.

also plannin on painting the alt/brackets black, keeping the polished valve covers and then of course the polished cobra intake as the cherry to top all this sheet off!

Interesting stuff, never seen it before and would like to see the finished product. Most of the slip on covers Ive seen look like crap after a few months, wonder how that stuff will be.

May be a tad more money but I prefer using AN fittings and true nylon braided lines.

I have used the stuff on wiring now for years and it is nearly bullit proof honestly. Makes pulling wires over rough edges no worry and makes them look sexy.

I think the MAC radiator piping would look sick tony, especially if you plan on polishing that coolant reservoir.

actually the coolant tank came polished already kinda. looked like raw dull aluminum in the catalog but when i took it outta the box it was pretty polished. i like the finish on it.

really would like to tackle the front of the motor (timing cover and pulleys and hit). just not that excited about taking all the fn pulleys off, lol. that area just looks old and dingy.
