V6 duals

I just bought an ‘02 3.8. The car is from Maryland. The entire exhaust system is rusted due to the salt on the road during winter. I’d like to convert to duals. Is there a ready-made down pipe to replace the pipe at the y?

MAC used to make an h pipe for these things. I’m not sure if they still do or not
