I am searching for help and suggestions on what to look into. My car is making a vibration slightly at 1600rpms and then it really starts to vibrate from 2000-2200 rpms then smooths out at higher or lower rpms. I feel the vibration somewhat throughout the body but the steering wheel really starts to shake at the certain rpms. I thought it may be related to drivesaft or rear-end vibration but I can sit in my driveway while in park and rev the motor to the specific rpms and it makes the same vibration as if I was driving.

I have already taken and revved the motor while watching it to see if motor mounts were apparently loose or broken, but the motor does not move at all. The only thing that is noticeable when I raise the rpms is the spark plugs wires begin to really shake at 2k rpms just like the steering wheel. I am going to install a new harmonic balancer in the morning and see if that does anything.

I am just wondering if anyone has ever experienced anyting like this or if anyone can provides ideas on what to look into. Thank you guys for all yalls help.

Your instincts are very good! See if the vibration dampner is trying to self destruct. Normally the engine will vibrate as it's being driven, as well as reving it up in neutral.

does the shake feel like its coming from the rear of the engine? like flywheel area?
i had a shake in the summertime and it found my problem to be the thrust washer was crushed a little causing too much endplay.
so before you pull your harmanic balancer, check with a prybar or big screwdriver if you have too much.
i believe spec is 0.008" iirc

then the other steps would be to check harmonic balancer and engine mounts.

Well I replaced the harmonic balancer with another stock one that has twice the amount of counter weight. The vibration has been decreased by about 30% but is still present. Sunday I am going to put the car up on the lift and check out the transmission area and see if I can see anything.

Another note is that the dust shield for the transmission last week actually feel off due to the bolts waling themselves out over time since I tightened them down when I installed the TQ converter.
