Well after pulling the wheels and getting a better look at the front brakes, the rotors were absolutely trashed and it appeared that the calipers were frozen. Well after pulling the Calipers off I noticed they were dual piston calipers and had the SVT markings on them. It appears the previous owner put the Cobra front calipers and brackets and pads on the car while leaving the GT rotors on the car. Just thought I'd share with you all as it was a perplexing problem and just another example of someone with more ambition than sense at work.</p></blockquote><p></p>
