weird window cranks

i put manual windows in my 95' and i can't find window cranks that work.
i tried 91 ranger and f150 ones both have a bolt that holds them on, mine have a clip like gm style.
where do i find these?

ford always like to use the screw at the end from what I know but I never took apart a gts. have you tried any gm handles?
