We are running a 4.6 2v with trick flow heads with 150lb springs,11:8:1 compression, and stage 3 Modular Head Shop cams.

We tried using the Trick Flow lash adjusters and are having issues with them leaking down at higher RPM’s.

I ordered a set of CompCams 84031-16 lash adjusters, but unfortunately they are on a pretty long back order.

I have spent way to much time searching and calling dealers and have had no luck finding them in stock.

What is everyone using for lash adjusters with similar cam/spring combos?

Are you running a larger cam and higher rate springs? The Comp Cams version have a slower leak down rate.

I run oem. Ford ones. I just got an order of 20 of them from white bear lakes ford. Unfortunately most dealers wont have them in stock, but the wait time isnt horrible on them.

Leak down at high rpm?. What are they doing at low rpm, cause its oil pressures that dictate their character.
