I noticed while doing my battery relocation that this isnt plugged into anything. What does it go to?

It's the sensor to your blinker fluid level...

I just had to replace mine. Was $1200 from Advance Auto Parts.

There are two identical connectors under the bench seat in my 02 convertible. What are they for? Interior lights?
