Since I realized my future is limited with the 5.0 because I can't get a proper tune and therefor no bigger injectors etc, I've been thinking about selling the car. After this, my T5 started to act up and I've put the car up for sale, but it would be a miracle if I could sell it for a normal price right now. So as long as the car is up for sale, I'm saving money. I want an OBD2 car, don't care if it's a 4v sn95 or a new edge GT, I don't have that much choice here so it's a matter of what comes along first. Anywhoo, since the car might not sell for a long time, and I'm saving money anyway- I started thinking about dropping a PI 2v or 4v in (with T45 or rebuild my T5). This would finally give me the option to put a kenne bell on with their chip and bigger injectors. I realise it's not as easy as it sounds, but could you guys point out what else is needed for a swap like this? Things I could think of: - PI 2v or 4v with harness and computer - tubular k-member - matching gaugepod - T45? or is there an easy way to bolt the T5 up to a mod motor? - returnless fuelsystem? - hydroboost? I want to keep the swap as simple as possible, not looking to tear up my dash completely etc.
