I dissasembled them myself ported them and installed a set of dual springs good for up to a 550 lift. All in my kitchen table and a lot of degreaser, Also got a explorer intake and throttle body for 100 bucks, i just finished porting the intake upper and lower and painted them, sorry to hijack your thread but point is go to your local junkyard and look for 96-97 explorers with gt40 heads not the P's because then you'll need different headers and stufff.</p></blockquote><p></p>
