The biggest I've ever personally run on a street car was an 850cfm, and that was on a chevy 350 which is greatly comparable to your 351 in displacement. Demon carbs are good from what I've heard from my buddies that still run carbs, Edelbrock is what I prefer and have always dealt with, and Holley I wouldn't use if someone gave me one due to the amount of problems I've had with them in the past. It has been 10 years since I've messed with Holley, so they may have worked out the problems.</p></blockquote><p></p>
