thats a mach1 bud. his 2 valve isnt gonna sound like a 4v mach 1 really. but go with a UPR O/R X pipe and bassani catback. thats what im going 2 b putting on my 98 GT when i get the $ 2gether.

Its almost the same, just the heads are flowing a bit more so thats why its throaty/burbley if that makes sense. When I had my X pipe on my mac catback it sound almost exactly the same as that mach 1.

That hollow sound you're reffering to is exactly why i took mine off. I compared it to a rattle can. Besides everyone and their sister has flomasters.

True. The super 40's are the 2 chambered ones right?
Honestly the reason why I love Flowmasters is because they give my car that old school muscle car sound. The SLP''s are just way too obnoxious for my taste and the Basani/Magnaflow jsut make the mustang sound too "european."
