someone on here a while ago showed some really nice valve covers that he had welded up and was considering making to sell. What ever happened to that idea? I started polishing the bottom of my intake because it shows in my polished valve covers and can't help but think it would be easier to do a different set of covers that would not reflect the bottom of the intake.....

Also anyone have a pic of some valve covers you either have or want? Not sure what I want, show me your valve covers please I need ideas....

Latemodelrestoration.com had some cheaper fabricated aluminum covers I plan on getting for my motor.

Damn cheap to own 5.0's

Us 4.6 owners don't have the cheap cover options that 5.0's do, another reason I chose to do my own

ebay is alot cheaper on valve covers from what I have seen over the past couple of days.

Anyone have a pics on their car of the style that the bolts go through cover rather then just the flange on the side? I am curious if it would leave enough space by the alt as I know its tight there.
