wierd knock noise coming from the rear of the vert

So lately I have been noticing a wierd knocking noise coming from what sounds like the passenger side rear of the vert. Sounds almost like its behind the seat but im not sure, the noise does not occur during idle or park, only when the car is under load like when goping up a step hill, or around 30 to 45mph. Its not a very loud noise, but it is annoying, aalso the car handles the same as it always has. Any ideas, I wont get a chance to jack it up and look till sunday or monday. Thinking it might be the sway bar bushings or maybe even the UCA bushings, car only has 78xxx on it. Thanks for the input

COULD BE A BROKEN SWAY BAR, IT HAPPEND TO ME, CLUNK EVERY ONCE AND A WHILE.

aww I hope not, im hoping for an easy fix, that would suck since funds are low right now

When was the last time you changed the rear diff fluid? If it was a long time start by swapping and adding friction modifier. I had old fluid in my rear diff and swapped it with some friction modifier and it went away. The noise occurred when I turned the vehicle, went in reverse, or accelerated quickly.
