fuel rail doesnt matter since the windstar is just the upper intake.

it is just the upper intake and fits on the Splitport lower intakes

You need the split port cylinder heads also. From what I gather you have to do a split port swap, then you can use the windstar intake with some modification, (or buy a kit from vmp).
