Do the fake rivits come out? Incase someone wanted to paint them or somethin?

yeah, looks like 3/8s or 1/4 nuts... xxr's website sells the rivets in different colors, i went through nlmotoring and all they have avalible is chrome, best match for my car anyways imo.

if you put them on yours, i think a darkish solid red would look good.

I think they look good and for the price I would run a set. I refuse to put a expensive set of wheels on my car while I live in NJ and have to drive in Philadelphia to get to work (potholes bigger then lakes).

^ gotta love it.. keeps you on your toes while driving lol

Yeah it also kept me from ordering some CCW's or SSR GT3's over the years :(

I was checking out the OP's wheels on the website and the Gold Version reminds me of the old Porsche BBS wheels...

I think these would look badass on my DFG.

My only concern are the rivets, what Is up with wheels and rivets?
Also,I believe the rivets are removable.

well if you wanted something different you got it. I'd like the rear a lot more if the lip didn't have the step down in the middle of it.
I like the stepped lip, lots of the high end forged wheels have stepped lips...the "big enough for a cell phone" lips are getting played out IMO

I don't like something just because a more expensive version of it looks similar lol

I'd just take the damn rivets out. Either way, BAMF wheels. I'd rock them hard. I pick up a 98 cobra I'll be looking at them with sharp eye. Probably won't suck it up and pony up the funds, but I'll still dream lol

I think it would look good. I have seen a few Stangs with the bronze 10th anny Cobra wheels and the color really stood out. For my next set of wheels I think I am going to go completely away from the norm and I am old enough to pull of some gold wheels if I bust out my gold chains from the 80's.

How do you plan on getting rid of the extra holes? Highly suggest against welding on a thin casting like this.

I don't like the holes much, but I plan on buying a goat or early c5 soon, would be cool to pull these off the mustang, throw on the gto or vette, and hit baller status.

dude the tires are supposed to be friggin mounted.. what gives???

And get over the gold jon!!! I would like to say prove me wrong because I would like to see somehting different again. But a bright gold, is just meh. If it was a tad duller maybe.

And how do you plan on fixing the holes? I didnt even notice them till someone said something, but I would like to get rid of them as well.

What gold wheels are you looking into? I remember a while back you were interested in some bronze wheels... Maybe we are just not anti gold because its in the Jersey DNA.

OP:
I am looking to see how well these fit when tires are mounted. What back spacing did you order or did you just get what was on the order page?
