What front tires are you running? Are you doing radial front and bias ply rear?

Yea I run Hoosier pro street radials up front . I’ve alway ran radials up front and bias in the rear . I’m switching to a stiff wall slick for this season and going up to a 28”

Stiff wall slick? Like the quick time pro? What are you doing that for, trying to gain some mph?

stiff wall slick like a c07 or et drag S . No the QuickTime pros sucked dick on my car . My car hits the tire so hard it wads the tire up bad on the hit . Most stick cars run stiff walls these days on solid axle cars . I’ve actually 60ft harder on my 275/40/17 nitto 555 R2’s over the 26x11.50-15 QuickTime pros . I’m hoping for 60ft’s in the 1.5 range consistently . My best last year was a 1.68 which is still not very good . The stiff wall should help with the 60ft and roll out .

Time to address the maxxed out injector issue on e85 . Bosch 160lb injectors . Traded a set of sn95 spindles for them . It warmed up big time the last couple days snow should be gone soon I hope .

Pulled the interior out of the car today. Roll bar kit is a couple weeks out . Going to copy the terminator x file and load it on the dominator . Tomorrow I’m planning to wire the two step off the factory clutch switch .

Pulled the rear sportline springs out and cut one coil off the stock springs . Cars still sitting like a monster truck . Going to install the front trick springs this week and see how it sits . Most likely I’ll have to cut some more off the rear coils for it to sit where I want it and then I can check instant centre and anti squat . Also yanked the front steeda sway bar today , removed the cruise control out of the drivers fender and some other useless stuff to shed some weight . Yesterday I installed the new to me Bosch 160lb injectors , I noticed a few of the a/n lines leaking on the swivel end . I ordered some new fittings as I’ve got plenty of -8 ptfe hose left . Car didn’t wanna run that good yesterday thankfully I found the injector dead time info on holleys website off the injector part number . Just need to load it in the car and see if it holds a idle .

Hell yeah. That thing sounds pretty good. Did the injector data get it idling right?

Once I changed the minimum injector open time to 1.68 it started idling properly . It didn’t wanna idle very nice at 1.00 . I gotta pull the inner fender liner out . When I removed the cruise control I think I looped one of the vaccum lines back to itself when I push the brakes it sounds like a vaccum leak .

Put my interior back in the car with a black carpet I had from a previous car . Theres a no prep race coming up and and I wanna run daily driver class so I’ll just weld the roll bar in after . It finally showed up yesterday .

made new fuel rail feed hose today and took the car out for a burn . Got it dialed in with the new injectors .
