Hey guys, i know this isn't the "right" place to add this but i know most of you guys in here know what you are talking about.

Well some of you guys know that i'm about to start a long term 4v project. I already have the mark 8 long block with the heads/ valve covers/ and motor... only missing the intake and the front cover. Well, i was talking to a guy that is building a mustang at the local advanced auto a couple days ago. he was telling me that there was a guy in the next town over that had a performance shop and he fabed stuff. He said that they could make addapter plates to fit a c style intake "more importantly a 03/04 blower" to a b headed car... also that he could make those plates on the cheap.

What else other than the blower/ lower would i need to convert it to the b heads... also other than the plates. I thought this was a killer idea b/c i was wanting something on the cheap that had that killer sound of the 03/04 cobras. Not that bad, i was planning on a 200 wet shot on the motor, but i don't like the idea of filling the bottle about 3 times a week at 40/50 dollars a pop. The motor is gonna be forged and if i go with the eaton, I'll lower the CR to about 9:1 CR and it will have forged pistons and rods. Thinking of about 12/14 pounds of boost? Do you guys think that will give about 150 to 200 crank hp with a tune? Sorry for so many questions. Also, give me some other ideas... i've already thought about going with c heads since the motor is apart anyway, but i don't know...

i would probably just go with c heads, get a ported eaton, and learn to tune on your own(save money in dyno time). sounds like a killer idea and a 150-200 shot would be nice, but it might be a little much (local guy has a 04 cobra, ported eaton, full exhaust, 16lbs,and a few other things, and put down 586 to the wheels 8) he then sprayed a 150 shot and is in the proccess of buying a kennebell so you might exceed 650-700rwhp with the right setup)
