I'm getting ready to start my new job in Jan. & I definitely want a 03 or 04 Cobra Termi. So what is a reasonable price I should be looking for. And what should be the price range on one.

Depends on the miles, color, mods....I've noticed lately only the really low miles cars or heavily modified cars are selling in the 20k or higher range. Most of the bolt on cars with moderate milage are selling for upper teens and high milage cars are selling for mid teens. There's really good deals out there so have fun with your search!

I would try to get a 04 Cobra personally. I know the 03's had that cylinder head ticking issue. From what I read, 04 they corrected the problem.

+1 on getting an '04. New head design, better cooling among other things.

Well if you get an 03 ford had a replacement for that, you can take it to a dealership and get a new head for your car.

You gotta figure, it's a 6-7 year old car already. Plus the issue was a TSB. Not a recall. Might be a pain in the butt to do.

Well I don't think I would pay that much for any car, not unless I was just loaded

I know a guy has an 03 for sale, fresh engine, 700+ hp with a hellion turbo kit, that is less than year and a half old. Engine is fresh, spec clutch upgraded rear and trans input, kmember, shifter, electronic boost controller, etc. One hell of a car with I think 40k on it, silver, 25k and I think he will take an offer on it. Very good deal for what all it comes with and for how it hauls the mail.
