03 gt radiator/fan into 96 gt

just wanted to know what's involved in putting a stock radiator and fan from a 2003 gt into a 96 gt.


Also, are CCRMs year specific? i.e. can i use a 97 or 98 ccrm in a 96 with no problems?

the radiators are the same from 97-04 and 96 is 96 specific. What you would have to do is cut the llower mounting tabs from the radiator support, and move them outwards about 2" or so. Also move the top drivers side in. As far as the fan goes, it mounts to the radiator ends...so all you have to worry about is rear clearance. Fun fact: the 03-04 cobras use the same fan.

don't know about that...but it is the same for 99-04. I would say you're probably safe for 96 but you can always check..
