Got a new best out at the 1/8th last night. Not the greatest for my mods, but I blame that on haveing crap kumho tires for now.

R/T .60
60ft 2.13
330ft 5.95
1/8th 9.10
MPH 79.0

R/T and 60ft can improve but not intill I get new tires I think (still have majer spin issues). Im getting some 555R's next month so we will see what happens then. Not to bad for street tires you think?

Seems slow for being blown.

I mean, I was running 9.0-9.2 n/a on street tires with about the same 60 foot times and a little slower mph...I think 78 or so.

Supercharged Im now running 8.3-8.4 in the 1/8th...this is on street tires and at like 85 mph.

I guess it would make sense if you were completely off the throttle a bunch... :dunno:

I can only manage about a 1300ish launch with out spinning, it will bog then go and going into second it likes to cut loose a bit. Any higher launch and it will spin through 3rd lol. Once it starts spinning it is really hard to get it to stop, like all the way off the throttle and back into it gradual. I think this track is weird to, my buddy with a stg 1 srt4 with full bolt ons only got a best of 9.67. I also have a buddy with a 03 GT (cat back, x pipe, cai and shot throw) and he is usually in the high 9's to very low 10's with one 9.6X out of no where one day. I should be getting new tires next month so we will see how much it gets better then. I'm thinking the nitto 555r's 245/50/16. Anyone got a better suggestion on a tire?

Gotcha...wierd track.

I would suggest buying an extra set of rims and buy some m/t drag radials or slicks.

Doesnt sound like your gonna hook on street tires with that 5.0 and kenne bell

Yea, I feel your pain...everytime I feel like I have some money saved up and can afford to do something to my car something happens.

My rear calipers are locked up so I got a bunch of money into calipers, rotors, pads, brake fluid right now.

Some idiot tightened up my lugs with an air gun to like 500 ft lbs so my Key for my locking lugs broke when I tryed to turn one of these lugs.

So I have been riding around with these fucked up brakes for weeks waiting for a key to come.

Just notice that theres brake fluid leaking out of either the caliper or the rear line.

Also, there looks to be fluid leaking from my rear diff.

I dont know whats going on but it looks like I need to spend some money fixing bullshit rather than making my car faster.

That does seem like a pretty slow track for whatever reason. On my stock motor i went 8.9 @ 78 so it still seems like your car should be pulling harder.

Well this friday was much better. A little better launching and I took my 10" sub and my spare out.

2.11 60ft
5.85 330ft
8.88 1/8th
81.7 MPH

Getting better, but I think it will still improve with some better tires.

You need some sticky tires bad. My stock Bullitt except for bassani mufflers and a tune I ran 8.80's at 79mph. Well, I practice driving all the time too. I can get 1.89-1.95 on 40,000 street tires.
