aight.. it just seemed like everyone was hatin, i was like wth.
anyways, Rycleff, i dont do them much because A) i dont want to tear up my car or put unwanted wear and tear on it and B) the bigger reason, if i get any kind of ticket in my car, my dad will sell it. he doesn't mind me fixing it up and cruising around and hot rodding in it, but a ticket will not fly with him.
but it was definitely fun no doubt and a good adrenaline rush. after i got the car to stop initially (my foot caught the side of the brake so my car jumped a bit), i held the burnout at about 6500 for a good 6 or 7 seconds then dropped the RPMs a bit to about 4500-5500 feathering it.. after about 10 more seconds of that, i just let the brakes out and went another 30 or 40 feet with it and stopped.
and also, ive heard it was bad to be doing a burnout and then just let it stop sitting still. i heard you should walk it out until the car grabs traction on its own as you slow down..? is that true?
