2 Step??

I ordered the MSD Ford launch master from summit but they had a mis-print in their catalog so i ordered one for 99 and on, that requires coil on plug set up, does any one have a 2 step with the dual coil packs (96-98) or could i have one put in with a tune With this type of ignition?
