Hey guys, I never really post, just enjoy reading the threads. But I figured I would show off my 01 Bullitt #5466.
Just some general info about myself and the car. I live in western MA ( Orange to be exact), full time welder/fabricator, 22 years old, and this is my first mustang.
I used to hate mustangs, and everything about them, until Duff Daddy ( as you older member know) Let me take his car for a spin, and I fell in love, sold my truck, and the hunt was on.
Picked up this Black Bullitt back in August 2010, had 8x,xxx miles, 2 or 3 owners, and the car was originally from Cali. Bone stock except for a K&N drop in filter and pro 5.0 short shift.
The day I went and picked her up.
Drove it around for a while stock, ended up throwing on some deep dish rear wheels and a magnaflow magnapack catback
Winter then came and went, got a JLT cold air intake, bassani catted x pipe ( which only stayed on for a month, got replaced with a O/R H pipe.)
Took it to the track for the first time ever, ran a 14.6

by the end of the summer I had installed lakewood 90/10 front drag shocks and removed the sway bar, and ran MT ET streets, I had it down to a 14.0 ( this was with a 2.0 60ft and third gear lockout at high RPMs, gotta love the T3650)
Once again winter had came, and I found myself a deal I couldnt pass up...
Freshly rebuilt Vortech V1 S trim...let the games begin.
Parts piled up quick..

You get the idea... and here is a nice new 03/04 cobra bumper
Car put down 340/356, I wasnt happy as I was expecting 400ish. Realized the V1 isnt as efficient as my buddys V2, So a 2.87 pulley has been ordered, and hopefully a new tune next weekend will bring me where I want to be.
