as far as I know you have to just skin the back seat then put on new upholstery. This is a Waylon question right here.

Last man to the party - missed this thread but answered the question on FB and in email.
but to clarify for everyone else - the 94-98 rear seats will not take the 03-04 Cobra upholstery - Sadder yet - the 99-04 GT rear seat is still different foam than the 03-04 Cobra.
Only solution is for us to simply insert the Cobra Suede and pattern into the GT seat pattern. What you get is your GT fit with the Cobra styling!
