3" exhaust setup with windsor swap ?

well i figured i may as well just do a 393 stroker so thats what im going to be doing, its also going to be supercharged, and im just going to fork over the cash for swap longtube headers, now the question is, would it make a damn bit of difference going from the 2 1/2" pipe i have going to a 3" pipe set-up, i already have all the 3" pipe, h-pipe and mufflers just layin around, and it'll take like an hour to cut and install it so its not going to be wasting a lot of my time, so would it be worth switching to the 3" for performance or would the larger diameter hurt the performance

You'd be fine with 3" on a big windsor.

thanks, i didnt think it would hurt performance, the mufflers i have for it are just summit glass packs, you think i should get a normal kind of muffler like a flowmaster or magnaflow or something that might work better or would the glass packs be fine
