3v swap ?

I recently purchased a 04 6 cylinder with an 08 3v swap with an 03 gt ECM. I plugged a tuner that came with the car in. Apparently it wasn't married to it and now the ECM is in theft mode. I now need to take it in and have the ECM reflashed. I don't know if the car had any tuning done to it.

My question is that will the car run on a stock 2v ECM. I need to get it running so I can get it through emissions. New to the mod motors. Any help would be appreciated!

It'll run if they swap was done properly. It wont be at its maximum potential, but it'll run

Ok, I think I am gonna go with the quarterhorse and have decipha write a tune for it. That way I have some room for when I do some mods
