what kinda problems do you all have out of them?

are they worth putting a valve body in?

my 4r70w in my car kinda acts funny and i haven't figured it out just yet. acts like its having trouble shifting. but when you kick down on it. it doesnt slip... i believe it need fluid and filter change. it just rolled over 100k miles its a 98 gt.

any input would be awesome guys!

The fluid needs to be changed like any other fluid in the car. When not done it breaks down and looses its viscosity.

They are pretty solid transmissions if you take care of them.

I would definately recommend a jmodded valvebody and a trans cooler along with making sure the fluid isnt burnt our anything.
