ok, so my 95 is coming up on 170k miles and was planning on a rebuild over the winter, but have no idea which path to take or where to start. i have a budget of no more than $4500, was looking for more torque than anything but also highway friendley and at the moment no mods just some underdrive pulleys, shorty headers, flow 40s and o/r H pipe, as for power im hopefully looking to break the 300 hp range ideally 350-375 and reach a happy medium between torque and top speed leaning more towards torque. So what would be the best way to tackle this project? like best for budget and preformance, thanks ahead of time for your input.
