5.4 swap??

I have the opportunity to pick up a 5.4l engine. its seized up but the block is still good. it was pulled out of a truck and just has another swapped in. would it be worth building a 5.4 vs like a 4.6 dohc or sohc pi. i havnt seen the 5.4 but was told its clean. and how hard is it to put the 5.4 in a 96 gt compared to a dohc swap. what about the wiring harnesses and tranny's and motor mounts and clearencs.

Yes. Easy. Wiring/mounts/etc... are a non issue.
