84 Mustang

Would you guys pay 2g for a good running 84 mustang with a nice body and interior. This is a 302 4barrel. Simple yes or no please. i have come across what I think is a good deal and cant deside if I want to jump on it or not. It is a vert 5speed also. I know the seller, so I know im not getting cheated.

Sounds cheap but I am done with the fox body after some close calls in high school from lack of good brakes (drum rear with no ABS). Trust me I had a true love for those cars at one time but those few times and driving the new one with the right set up is much more comfortable and safer right out of the bag. Great for straight line and light but have fun stopping that wild pony. If you like it buy it but in my situation I would put it towards my T76 Turbo Project.

Well after a little bit of research I have changed my mind. 7.5 rearend, a non world class t5, and non roller block. I to spend that much on a project that im only going to reuse the body. Well I guess ill just have to keep looking.

you could flip that thing for close to 5k with a little bit of tlc.

i would never buy i fox for 5k, but there are retarded fox leg humpers out there that will...

Im not looking for another project. I just wanted a car that would be fun for some track time. But Im worried that all that stuff would break before I even got there.LOL

Good pass...I absolutely HATE fox verts...something about a foxbody and a convertible just looks terrible IMO
