What it comes down to is he can do whatever he wants it is his car but the flip side is he also asked peoples opinion so he will get some criticism from those who dont like to see GT's badged out as Cobra's and pawned off as one. Even if you dont go around telling people its a Cobra your still displaying it as though it is unless you have a plate that says FAKESVT

Ah who cares, I'm going to turn my car into a fake cobra, and it will look better than the factory cobra's, like what I did with my V6 mustang. I would never put the cobra's on backwards... that would look like ass. Or put I have fake this or that anywhere on the car. My cobra emblems look 100% better than the Factory Ford ones... simply because I used half of a Torino Cobra's emblem, with a modern cobra emblem... the way ford should have done them.

The cobra's on my V6 were not just floating in the air... they had the words cobra under them, so yes that way you can tell it wasn't a real cobra, but it looked more like a cobra than a real cobra... muwahahahaha!!!! But that car is gone so no worries about that FOBRA.

My father and I will also be putting the torino words COBRA under the cobra emblems on our 1996 SVT Cobra. So all of our cars will look better than factory... Besides, I hate factory stock cars.

I think that's gonna look too cluttered, not better than factory at all. I'd honestly rather see a clean well done up GT with some good power to back it up than one that someone threw cobra bumpers and emblems on. Nothing wrong with a GT especially if/when it hauls ass.

Well, we have built a 1996 gt mustag and put the Torino Cobra emblems on it. The car has won a few car shows. I call the car the GT Cobra, It's white with the GT 350 paint code guardsmen blue lemans stripes. It's easy for people who know mustangs to tell it's not a cobra. The only thing cobra about it are the brakes, hood, and emblems. The thing I like about the emblems is that you don't really notice the words cobra, unless you stare at it, but it looks clean. Mostly because it looks like the Cobra is coiled on the emblem... which in my opinion, should've been done originally from the factory. As was intended by Ford in the late 1960's.

I would post pics, but unfortunately I do not know how... I'm sure it's easy, and I'd love to learn how.

first off you need to host them on photobucket or webshots, then copy and paste the IMG CODE on here.

I don't even call my car a GT anymore. Too many people assume it still performs like a GT when I say it. I just say "94 Mustang"

I get shiz for mine all the time (the hood wheels and spoiler I dont have emblems or bumper) but it is what I like. I have cobra r stuff from a completely different style car on mine but I love it. I have the wheels, carbon fiber cowl hood, and the big spoiler. I like to think it makes people think im slow or mexican so they really get upset when I hook. I keep the bottle warm too, because you never know when you just need a little insurance. This bodystyle car is so much fun because mustang and cheby guys know how weak these things rolled out of the stable. I like it when they ask if I have a 4v and I tell em it just has mufflers and a vornado. Mod it like you want it these cars are for fun with a laughable resale value.

Vornado...

I say do what you like! who care's what anyone think's or says! I have a 95Gt that will soon be a clone But, I will gladly tell everyone it is a Gt Cobra clone, and that is that! whoever does'nt like it too bad! I bought my car I will do what I like with it... at least im not doing a 4inch cowl and clear taillights, or trying to pass off a 13 second stang for a 9second drag car! That being said, it is you car to enjoy, race, modify, etc... dont let anyone decide for you! they hook up their cars their way, you do what you want to your car...

besides there are plenty of
Fobra's
Faleen's
Foush's
what's a few more gonna hurt!!!
