Comes complete with all hardware brackets etc . The headunit was brand new when I bought this kit . It only has very little idle time . The car was never tuned so it never got any street miles on it . When I bought the kit it had a Mach 1 bracket so the 96-98 cobra bracket and idler pulleys are virtually new as well . Only used parts with any miles on them are power pipe and c&l charge tube .
