96 GT to mark 8 or PI swap!?

Ive been having problems with my 96 GT and when i finally get it fixed another thing goes, the head gaskets let go and now I'm getting compression into my coolent passages! So I was gunna do the pi swap at some point cuz my motor has 121k on it and fixing the head gasket and something else going is my fear. It's already got pi intake and cams. So I don't think the heads would be smart at this point. I was gonna jump ship
On this car to a Mach 1 or termi but I can't re-write my
Loan til next january! So a 32v swap if lt is somewhat simple I'll do it.

So here's my questions, I've been reading! And I can't find a good write up and what's involved and what's exactly needed, and also how/ what do I need to keep my t45 behind it!
