My car vibrates bad at about 4000rpm and If I keep accelerating past 4k it feels like it goes away some but then vibrates bad again at like 5k rpm, it does this in all gears and in neutral, it feels like it has a tiny bit of a vibration when idle but that could just be me, help me out here guys thanks!

where is the vibration coming from?

Gas pedal?
Brake pedal?
Clutch Pedal?
Floor boards?
Seat?
shifter?
steering wheel?
parking brake handle?

All of these show where the vibration is coming from. Based on the fact that it happens when its in neutral, that removes the rear-end stuff...
I'm guessing the engine mounts at this point. They are made of rubber and start to fail after 20 years. :)

+2 on motor mounts!

I had none.. literally.. was no rubber left on them.. new ones helped A LOT with vibration and engine movement in the bay.. shit was resting against the side of the bay almost.

It feels as if its coming from engine and shifter, I was told that it is most likely the harmonic balancer, what do you guys think?

if you plan on keeping the car longer than 10 years, get poly ones.

if you don't, get either rubber or poly, whichever is cheaper.

if you plan on making it a racecar, get solid ones.
