97 gt missing bad help!

Alright so heres the deal ive got a 97 gt supercharged by vortech thats been sitting for the last month or so. So its for sale now and someone called about it and is wanting to look at it this week and i got it out today and it had a bad miss. i changed the plugs and wires to no avail then i got coil packs because they are the factory motorcrafts and figured they may be getting old but it continued to do the same thing. i took each plug wire off of the coil while the car was running to see which cylinder was missing and every one was firing but one and when i pulled the wire off the idle didnt get rough it continued to run the same. Out of that same terminal on the coil it was arching constantly. Any ideas? I put the motorcraft coil back on and it arched the same way.

could be the fuel pump, mine has a bad pump right now and sometimes if its not pumping the right amount of fuel it will miss
