99 exploder block is it the same as a 94

i have a friend that said he would give me a 99 5.0 exploder block for free just wondering if it was the same as my block

I was reading up and i found Tmoss on stangnet talking with Michael Yount and they said that is a pretty good engine. You just have to use our EGR. Here is the link
