I was reading about adding a sub to the stock Mach460 system on mustangworlds http://www.mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/despeeds1.htm , and I was wondering... You say I need a line converter to run RCAs to the amp (convert the high signal from the data cable to low signal for rcas), but what if my amp has a high input on it? Do you know if I can just run the high input wires directly to the data line?

Thanks, Dave

FTR I found out you dont need a converter if you have high level inputs, you just need to hook to the speaker wires before they go to the ams in the rear off the data cable.

Yup. high level inputs on an amp are designed to be capable of handling the power that typical head unit amplifiers put out.
