Advice on buiding a 351 windsor for my 96 stang

can any one help out on some advice or problems i may encounter on my build of my 1996 mustang , it originally came stock with a v-6 3.8 it is stroked to a 4.2 but i bought a 351 windsor and i would like to know what I'm getting myself into for installing it and if it was a good decision.... thank you for the help

Read some of the 351 swap threads in the tech sections to get a basic understanding. Also, this topic has been discussed to some length, so I recommend doing a search first. Once you've got a basic understanding, then come back with specific questions.

I'm working on mine ever so slowly... I've got a buildup thread, and there are a lot in the '94/'95 section as well... Paul is a big help to, whether he admit it or not... he's a pretty knowledgeable guy. even if he does hate 4.6's(right there with ya paul)

i agree.......hes a modular hater :crazy2: but he can help you with any questions you have on a pushrod engine
