afr165 numbers

Anyone with the 165's that have dynoed mind telling what numbers they've managed. I have yet to get a tune, but I was wondering what kind of numbers I can expect. I'm running H/C/I with a mild cam and all the other boltons

Depending on if your on stock motor or not.
If the motor is stock with bolt-on's 275-310ish depending on the equipment and tune.

yea, stock bottom end. I'm just under 100k miles. I'm planning a trip to intune performance here in tennesse for a tune, but I wold like to wait until I get the trick flow nitrous kit before the tune. Another question I have is, if I go for a tune now, when I do throw the spray to it will I have to get another chip, or can the tuner "re-burn" the same chip for a nitrous tune? Thanks

I'm hitting the dyno at the end of the month, so far there's 165'5 with 1.6 rockers, Cobra intake, C+L cai with 24lb sample tube K+N , and 24lb injectors, plus shorties.
Looking at the cam next [if anyone answers my question] and the PMS should be able to get it running at its peak for the dyno.

Not sure how much they charge you, but its £70 per hour here, [about $140] so dyno time can be a bit limited. :)

Care to swap? :)

This is just for 3 runs and you supply your own tuner for adjustments, no chips, no nothing. :(

I was running afr 165's, lunati 51014 cam, elderbrock rmp,full boltons and a dyno tune.It put down 309rwhp/317rwtq and i had about 97k on the short block

I see in your sig you've stepped it up quite a bit. Still running the AFR's?

Yup still running the AFR's but the engine builder upgraded the springs .I added an S trim on my car in fall and i blew the motor.Now i have another short block same heads,a custom Anderson cam,the S trim and some fuel upgrades

How did you blow the motor? Not enough fuel?

How did you blow the motor? Not enough fuel?

Inexperience and not being able to stay of the rev limiter.I had plenty off fuel i was running 60lber's,a 255 in tank and a Vortech external pump
